good luck... don't be hard on yourself please. People say the most horrible things when a relationship is struggling. For as they are hurting, they are trying to hurt you back.

Try and rise above it, just send the love to that person.

I know what you mean about the phone call thing in work, it's a terrible system. What happened to going to actually see someone...

For your family life and situation only time will tell what will happen there but don't immediately think the worst, let things settle and see how it goes with the counsellor 1st.

Although life seems like it's all doom and gloom it's only how you look at it! It's all about perspective. Think of work in another way, unless you can change your job or afford not to work, think of it as a way for you to observe people and blog it at the end of the day. Kind of like you are a spy or something really exciting!
cadbury's sounds great, and really well done for keeping the weight down :D

you are amazing - i wish i could do it. could never get up that early and manage to stay up past 8pm! I hate yoghurt, just can't get past the thought that it is milk that's gone off!! But i need to lose about 3 stone in total and although i am a member of the gym i hate that too. I am considering hypnotherapy to stop the sugar cravings that i get every night whilst watching tv. Anyway just wanted to say 'keep it up' and 'well done'.

I know how you feel, but have faith in what you have got.

You have some time to rehearse, so get acquainted with material, and find the angle that gives you the confidence in it - make it your own.

And remember - everyone else in that room is human, they laugh and cry like everyone else. Even though you are pitching, someone in that room decided your company suited theirs and so they want you to do well.

So focus on the positive, and get rehearsing. And relax!

Dump valves
eliminate compressor surge when changing gears. Excessive back pressure is
created when the throttle is closed during gear changes or deceleration, causing
turbo cavitation. This is detrimental to the life of your turbocharger, however
fitting a dump valve
such as a
HKS dump valve will substantially improve this problem. By installing a dump
valve you will significantly reduce turbo spool up time. You will notice a
substantial improvement in response from your turbo between gearshifts. Boost
will come on earlier giving an increase in torque at lower RPM.

I feel for you - I really do.

A lot of issues come to a head when mother-in-law moves in. I found that I needed to be assertive and firm, or she would simply take advantage of us.

One thing I kept reminding myself was that my mother-in-law is a capable adult and should does not require me to take responsibility for her. Of course, helping out family in need is one thing, but to be taken advantage of is quite another.

Wow! I'm so glad your situation worked out for the best. I came across your blog after I started one of my own simply for the purpose of talking about my mom (who is freeloading at the moment) and googled for "mother in law from hell."

Now, if only my mom had some cash to get her own apartment, my wife and I could get back to our own lives and finish trying to put my mother's in order. Once she's gone I can dust off my work out gear in my home office (where she's sleeping/sulking at the moment).

Mum-in-laws blow, the scary part is that your wife is a mini version of the real thing... and no, no, no there are no refunds. I think the best bit is that if a chap gets it into his head to up and leave, (wistful sigh) oh yes, yes, he loses the lot, house, close friends (well the married ones anyway), definitely loses the children, bank account...

I definitely feel for you. BTW, you weren't going for CIMAs were you?

Congrats on the loss mate. I often have a sandwich in the afternoon (made from a small wholemeal loaf, its about 120 cal) which keeps me going until I get home.

I would urge you to do some form of weight training - else you will lose fat and muscle. You can do it at home with minimal investment.

I'm back after a 1 month gap, looking to loose the last 10-12 lb or so.. I hit 11 stone (and 13 3/4 lbs) as of this morning.

Just keep at it - the children do grow and can do more for themselves, but make sure you get some US time without THEM - even if it's just for 1 hour a week - FIND it!!!
