Sorry its been a while since my last entry.

Still on a bit of a roller-coaster at the moment. Nice to see the weather warming up though. Marriage has been up-and-down (up at the moment). My diet from earlier this year was a complete and utter flop!!!

Got a payrise and promotion in June though! (will see the first pay-packet in July with backpay to June). That'll help. G is also looking to do some work as an associate for a party plan business - it won't be megabucks but it will help her to learn business skills and selling skills which she will need if she's to succeed at starting her own business.

Kids are great. Really loving them at the moment. I am truly enjoying being a dad. We went to the New Forest a couple of weeks ago and had the most fantastic time. I'm also going to a fathers-group every week (a course offered by the local council) and it is proving really nice to meet and chat with other dads. Shame is that next week is the last week.

Anyhows, kitchen is done (except glossing which I might get around to one day!). Still can't afford a big enough car - which reminds me, my employer is offering to give me their pension contributions as cash (taxable, obviously) in lieu of a pension for a year at a time... quite tempting but my conscience tells me not to do it... I'm torn - but at least that way we could afford a car... hey hum... I'll let the deadline for deciding pass then I'll have no choice.

So, all-in-all things are going great - except work ... I'm still procrastinating with very rare bouts of productivity... one day they'll make me redundant then I'll be really pissed!
